She is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), a Certified Resort Property Specialist, and an e-PRO. She has served on many committees of the Massanutten Association of Realtors and has 'chaired' several of those committees. She also found time to serve as the 2000 AND 2006 President of the Massanutten Association of Realtors. Trish is currently serving on 2 Virginia Association of REALTORS (VAR) committees, a National Association of REALTORS committee (for Resort Properties & Second Homes), and is an Certified Ethics Instructor for the Virginia Association of REALTORS. Each year, Trish attends a minimum of 20 to 30 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education and is currently working on getting her Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation. She also teaches orientation classes for new Realtors (including Buyer Agency, Ethics, Fair Housing & Anti-Trust). - As an office, we are active in our community and in our local Realtor Association.
